Who we are

Blake Property Management was created in 2004 by husband and wife team David and Gill Tatum. After becoming members of a Residential Management Company, David and Gill recognised the need for a Property Management company to be dedicated, responsive and committed to a development.

At Blake Property Management we recognise the investment you make in your property and manage your development as if we personally live there. We are passionate about ensuring your development is proficiently funded, maintained and managed. We strive to deliver value and exceed customer expectations in all aspects of our service.

Blake Property Management has retained 100% of the developments managed. We build and maintain partnerships, as well as friendships, with our clients and over 95% of new business is as a direct result of customer recommendations.
