“Blake Property Management (BPM) were appointed as our Managing Agents in 2006.
We were very nervous about what we could expect from BPM, as their predecessors
had left us with more problems than they had actually solved. However we can honestly
say that our reservations were completely unfounded and during the last 5 years

As Directors we need to be 100% confident in our Managing Agent as they look after
the development on our behalf on a day to day basis. BPM are efficient and reliable

“We are just 14 apartments based five miles north of Bolton on the West Pennine
Moors. Our apartments were constructed in 2004 and the builder appointed the managing
agents; they were inept, uncaring and worst of all extremely costly. Clearly they
worked for the builder and not the owners/residents of the apartments. A former
director and I began a search for replacement management agent and Blake Property
Management Ltd. came to the fore, they seemed to fit all our needs. The one slight
issue was the geographical distance between Buckinghamshire and Lancashire; as it
happens this concern was so unfounded. We appointed BPM in March 2006 we have never
looked back.
The MD of BPM David Tatum came to Bolton and gave a splendid presentation full of
fact coupled with honest intent of their methodology. David visits our complex on
a fairly regular basis, so distance really poses no problems; we are of course in
touch by telephone and e.mail. Contact calls are responded to almost immediately,
and the ultimate actions are implemented promptly and expeditiously.
BPM's expertise in all aspects of property management is nothing short of brilliant

“I am involved in the running of a small management company looking after 12 units,
garages and parking spaces and surrounding grounds. When this company was formed
25 years ago, our residents included a retired police officer, a chartered accountant,
a retired company managing director, a lawyer, a secretary/P.A, and a land and estate
agent, together with other willing hands. We were, therefore, able to undertake
many of the management and maintenance tasks ourselves at that time.
