ARMA – Association of Residential Managing Agents

Ombudsman Services: Property

“We are Ombudsman Services: Property, set up to sort out complaints about chartered surveying firms, surveyors, estate agents, residential managing agents and other property professionals from consumers using their services.

We have been approved by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) as an estate agent redress scheme.

In November 2009 the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) made it a requirement for its members to belong to an ombudsman scheme and recommended Ombudsman Services: Property.” Source – www.surveyors-ombudsman.org.uk
